Great Falls was the design builder who constructed this 70,000 SF mixed use facility in the center of Gorham’s Village. Station Square boasts 33 state of the art apartments ranging from studios to three bedrooms as well as six commerical spaces that include a bowling alley, wine bar, insurance agency and more. Statin Square is a great exmaple of Great Falls experience as a design builder on multi-family residential and mixed use projects.
PERENNIAL PLACE AT WHITE ROCK APARTMENTS
Perennial Place at White Rock is the former 11,360SF White Rock School in Gorham, Maine converted into 55+ lifestyle apartments.? This development provides local residents with a beautiful new facility with extensive grounds including ball fields, nature paths and gardens.? All units are on a single level and have wide hallways and generous common spaces providing residents with easy access from their units to all amenities.? A storage structure is located on site and provides each unit with private secure storage. Great Falls construction was the Construction Manager and worked closely with the town throughout the entire planning, design and construction phases.
RIDGEWOOD II APARTMENTS
The Ridgewood II Apartments feature a 24 apartment community located near the downtown Gorham Village. Residents have easy access to shops, restaurants and local services. The LEED Platinum facility includes a wide range of energy efficient features, 1 and 2 bedroom style apartments, elevator access, energy efficient design with solar panels, exterior pergola, community room and laundry facilities. Great Falls Construction worked closely with the Avesta team through the bid process to help make this modern facility a reality for residents. It currently shines at Avesta’s top performing enviornmentally friendly facility.
HUSTON COMMONS AT 72 BISHOP STREET
Huston Commons was a new construction Avesta Housing project designed and built to serve our communities highest at-risk population.? The facility includes 30 efficiency apartments, reading and meeting space, community cooking/social space, medical support space and office space to support the residents, as well as storage and recycling spaces required by the building owner.
